It allows a person to better remember people, places and things. More importantly, it allows a person to maintain and improve their skills for problem solving and decision making.

Dr. Bob has designed a mental fitness program.It is offered in a monthly subscription. It can also be tailored to classes and individual sessions and is based upon assessing a personís needs and goals. The sessions are simple, easy and enjoyable. They are conducted in Dr. Bobís Galleria office or in the privacy of a personís home.
